Office of General Affairs provides essential services to Ming Hsin University of Science and technology. It is divided into seven sections, including: the Cashier; Filing and Mailing; House Keeping; Procurement; Property Administration; Maintenance; and Campus Security. We provide service to all faculty, students, support administration businesses of all departments and sections to enhance the teaching quality. Actively promote participation in research, create a humane environment, and support initiatives for making Ming Hsin a first class University.
Operating guidelines for services are: “Teamwork, Coordination, Activeness and Efficiency.” We place high importance on communication, coordination, mutual support and cooperation among offices. With an active and responsible attitude, we serve all the students and faculty by constantly acting in a courteous and professional manner while delivering efficient quality services.
