Campus Security Report Center
The head of the Campus Security Report Center is appointed by the president of the MUST.This center provides 24-hour monitoring by on-duty personnel to integrate campus disaster preparedness and disaster relief resources and to provide immediate and effective assistance in the handling of campus emergencies. The purposes of this center are to bring into play early warning, emergency reporting, resource integration and emergency response functions.
Since its formal opening on April 1, 2009, the center has provided 24-hour monitoring by on-duty personnel with the responsibilities of campus disaster preparedness, disaster relief and immediate and effective assistance in the handling of campus emergencies. The purposes of this center are to bring into play early warning, emergency reporting and integrated emergency response functions.
The duties of the Campus Security Report Center include: 1. Campus disaster and emergency prevention and education; 2. Formulation of disaster response measures and strengthening of disaster prevention functions; 3. Research of campus emergency prevention and response measures and dissemination of related information to campus departments and units; 4. Handling of campus emergency reports with contacting of relevant units or provision of support and assistance; and 5. Development of disaster relief network and coordination platform.
