[NEWS]Minghsin Tech Allied with Da Chien Health Medical System to Cultivate High-Quality Elderly Care Talents

The Department of Senior Service Industry Management (樂齡服務產業管理系), aiming to provide high-quality elderly, long-term, and medical services for the elderly in the Hsinchu-Miaoli region, signed a strategic alliance memorandum of cooperation on November 27. The signing ceremony was attended by President Liu Kuo-Wei (劉國偉) and CEO Hsu Chian-Kang (徐千剛) of Da Chien Health Medical System (大千健康醫療體系).

President Liu Kuo-Wei stated that this collaboration with Da Chien aims to share vocational education teaching resources and implement a flexible and diverse professional training program for elderly service talents. The goal is to achieve mutual assistance, mutual benefit, and mutual gain.

CEO Hsu Chian-Kang of Da Chien Health Medical System emphasized that, starting from the needs of residents, the health care system has expanded medical service facilities, provided care for the elderly and weak, demonstrated tangible warmth, and extended services to rural areas. In response to the aging society, there is a growing demand for talents in elderly care. By collaborating with Minghsin Tech to establish a talent training program in the field of elderly services, the quality of elderly care services in the region can be enhanced.
