Announcement for Graduation Certificate Collection for Extended Study Students Day Division, MUST 1st Semester of Academic Year 2024-2025

 

★Recipients: Extended Study Students in the Day Division of Undergraduate (including International Students)

 

★Eligibility for Certificate Collection: Students who have completed the required graduation credits for their respective departments and have received final grades for all enrolled courses.

 

●Steps:

    1. Online Departure Application Dates: January 1, 2025 – February 28, 2025.
  Log in to the " Student Info System" navigate to "Latest News" under "Graduates" and select "離校申請" and “填寫應屆畢業生問卷”. Complete the required procedures, including filling out the questionnaire and other departure steps.

 

    2.For those listed on the "Not Cleared for Departure" list, please print “Leaves the school list for bachelor-gra

duate” and complete the necessary clearance steps.

 

●Graduation Certificate Collection Time and Method：

  Collection Time: Starting from February 17, 2025, during the Day Division's office hours, Every Tuesday to Thursday 09:00~11:30、13:00~16:30

 

●Collection Method:

    1. In-Person Collection: Please bring your student ID. If you do not have a student ID, you may present another photo ID (e.g., national ID, passport, or driver’s license) for identity verification.

 

    2. Authorized Representative Collection: The authorized representative must bring the following documents:

       (1) Letter of Authorization (signed by the graduate).

       (2) Principal (the graduate): A copy of the graduate's identity document (e.g., national ID, passport, or student ID).

  Representative: A copy of the representative's identity document (e.g., national ID, passport, or driver's license).

       (3) Leaves the school list for bachelor-graduate and Student ID.
