Notice - Opening hours of air conditioning and Zongshan Building lighting in the second semester of the 112th academic year

In order to comply with the policy of energy conservation and carbon reduction, the opening hours of air conditioning and lighting in Zongshan Building in the first semester of the 2012 academic year are as follows:

(1) Monday to Friday: 8 a.m. to 9:40 p.m.

(2) Air conditioning and lighting in Zongshan Building will not be turned on on Saturdays and Sundays.

(3) Those who need to use air conditioning and lighting in Zongshan Building on Saturdays, Sundays and outside the above-mentioned hours, please apply according to the following three points:

     1. Please submit an electronic signature application for the project, and attach the class schedule, activity introduction and other relevant information as well as the air-conditioning application form.

     2. The application must be submitted seven days before use to facilitate weekly air conditioning and lighting settings.

     3. All applications must be submitted by the first-level unit after being consolidated, and the application form and relevant information must be attached.
