Interlibrary Loan Services

The "Nationwide Document Delivery Service (NDDS)" requires account authentication. Only those with an account can use this system to request materials; if you have not yet applied for an account, please go to the "Reader Zone" and select "Apply for an Account." You can log in once your account is approved by a librarian.

I. Interlibrary Borrowing (Books):

1. Please apply for an account for the first-time use.
2. Please search the "NBInet Union Catalog" to confirm the holding library before applying for interlibrary borrowing.
3. Fees are charged according to each institution's regulations.
4. The library handles receiving and returning on your behalf; applicants should pick up and return books at the library.

II. Document Delivery (Photocopying):

1. Provides interlibrary photocopying for books, conference papers, journals, theses/dissertations, and research reports.
2. Fees are charged according to each institution's regulations.
3. The library can receive the materials on your behalf; applicants should pick them up at the library.

I. MUST faculty, staff, and students may exchange their valid ID for a Reciprocal Borrowing Card at the Circulation Desk to borrow materials from partner libraries.

II. The loan period for the Reciprocal Borrowing Card is 3 days. Please report the number of items borrowed and their due dates when returning the card.

III. Borrowing rules and penalties are subject to each institution's regulations. Please return items on time to avoid affecting the university's reputation and the rights of other patrons.
