2. Filing and management of faculty and staff registration and personnel information related systems
3. Reporting the staffing of each academic year to the Ministry of Education for approval
4. Personnel appointment dismissal, and changes
5. Co-appointment of teachers
6. Industry experts collaborate to teach related business to industry teachers
7. Organization of the Teacher Evaluation Committee
8. Teacher qualification submission and promotion related business
9. Control and streamline operations of staff establishment in the whole school
10. Collect the latest dynamic statistics of faculty and staff
11. Fill in the basic information of school affairs, fill in the basic information of awards and subsidies
12. Signing of contracts for hired personnel and project teachers
13. Compilation and provision of the roster of first and second level supervisors
14. Temporary tasks assigned by the Chief Human Resources Officer
