Introduction
- The school has set up the Personnel Office since its founding in 1966, and it was organized and adjusted into the Human Resources Office on February 1, 2010 to handle the human resources business of the whole school.
- The business of the Human Resources Department includes:
Organizational establishment, teacher recruitment, employee appointment and dismissal, teacher promotion, employee transfer, salary assessment, annual assessment, rewards and punishments, benefits, insurance, part-time courses, part-time jobs, study awards, retirement benefits, leave and work, and various related laws and regulations amendment and issuance of certification documents, staff recruitment training, absence and other items.
- The Human Resources Department aims to serve the faculty and staff of the school. In the future, it will actively strengthen services and provide suggestions for the promotion of teachers and staff, so as to motivate the faculty and staff to work hard and create a bright and beautiful future together.
