• Preparing and reviewing annual budgets within the group
• Educating, training and evaluating personnel within the group
• Collaborating in the formulation and compilation of the School’s medium and long-term development plan
• Convening and coordinating external meetings, as well as planning, implementing, and supervising general affairs across the entire school
