1. Responsible for the planning and promotion of various academic affairs in the Department of Advanced Studies.
2. Manage group affairs.
3. Handle freshman training and freshman initiation.
4. Serve as a counseling instructor for freshmen and junior level in the four skills.
5. Provide counseling for the Student Activities Committee and the planning and execution of related activities.
6. Provide counseling for graduate committees and the planning and execution of related activities.
7. Handle anti-drug and tobacco hazard prevention education and publicity activities.
8. Process National Defense Course Credits.
9. Temporary assignments.
