Plan, update and maintain computer classroom equipment. 
Update school-wide shareware (Microsoft OS) as needed.
Maintain and promote the use of the teaching platform.
Arrange information-related training courses and activities.
Arrange and coordinate computer classrooms according to the needs of all departments in the university.
Dissemination of information activities and seminars.
Handle and implement action plans for the protection of intellectual property rights.
Responsible for handling Hokkien, Hakka, aboriginal and other language certification exams.
