[Announcement] Announcement on winter vacation accommodation application for 2013-from 9:00 am on December 13, 2013 to 12:00 noon on December 23, 2013

Students who wish to apply for accommodation during the 2013 winter vacation, please cooperate with the following matters:

1. Application date: 9:00 am on December 13, 2013 to 12:00 noon on December 23, 2013

2. Accommodation period/cost:

Full period: 2014/1/13~2/14  29 days*140 = 4,060 yuan, deposit 500 yuan Total: 4,560 yuan

3. Accommodation location: 2F and 3F of the Ti'an Building

4. Application process:

1. Please go to the dormitory office (Zhongyuan) to collect the application form or download the application form online.

2. Fill in the form (applicants must read the contents of the letter of commitment carefully and comply with dormitory regulations).

3. Order of form stamping: applicant’s signature → dormitory head/counselor → dormitory service team leader → cashier team

4. After payment, please be sure to submit the [application form] and [payment receipt] to the dormitory office to register for the bed.

5. Check-in and check-out rules:

1. Check-in time: 8:00 am on 1/13, you can move to the designated bed.

2. The departure time is from the deadline on February 14 to 12 noon. Please complete the departure procedures and move out on time.

3. If the check-out procedures mentioned in (1) or (2) above are delayed and not completed, accommodation fees (NT$140/day, including electricity charges) will be charged separately.

4. If the house is not sealed as required, the deposit will not be returned.
