【Announcement】113-1 Closing Announcement

The process of closing the dormitory at the end of the first semester of the 113th academic year:

1. Closing date: 114/1/11 (Saturday) - 1/12 (Sunday) before 12:00 noon.

2. Dormitory sealing process: Please complete the environmental cleaning first → fill in the dormitory sealing inspection form → the departure procedures are completed only after the dormitory head/counselor signs and checks the room environment.

3. Notes:

1. Please empty your bed and desk (cabinet). Items can be placed in the wardrobe. Please bring your own padlock to lock them. Large items (mattresses) can be temporarily placed in the leisure room.

Please indicate the room number and name, and we are not responsible for the safekeeping.

2. Environmental cleanliness: Please make sure your bed and surrounding environment are completely vacant and clean before leaving the accommodation. (Personal belongings can be locked in the closet.

It is recommended to take valuables out. We are not responsible if they are lost.)

3. Please be sure to return the key (please pay 100 yuan if the key is lost).

4. For those who fail to complete the house-keeping, a deposit of 200 yuan will be deducted according to regulations; for those who fail to complete the house-closing, a deposit of 1,000 yuan will be deducted according to regulations. (Please refer to Item 16 of the Student Life Covenant).

5. During the dormitory inspection, if there is anything that needs repair, please be sure to apply to the dormitory head/counselor for repair.

6. If you do not want to stay in the next semester, please be sure to fill out the check-out form when the dormitory is closed.
