For students living in dormitories during the winter vacation of the 113th academic year, the departure time is from 9:00 a.m. on February 10 to 12:00 noon on February 14. Please complete the departure procedures and move out on time.

Students who live in dormitories during the 113th academic year are requested to cooperate with the following matters:

1. Dormitory sealing inspection (according to the dormitory sealing inspection form)

2. All personal beds and desks (cabinets) must be emptied.

3. The dormitory environment should be clean and tidy.

4. If the house closing and house care services are not completed, the deposit will be deducted according to regulations (200 for one time of house care, 500 for unfinished house closing).

5. If the key is lost or cannot be used when the room is sealed, a replacement fee of 100 yuan will be charged according to regulations.

6. If the temporary card you applied for is lost or damaged, a card-making fee of RMB 300 will be charged according to regulations.
