2023校園徵才博覽會2萬職缺找人才 校友企業參展徵才兼傳承創業經驗

      因應畢業季的到來，學務處諮商輔導暨職涯發展中心在3/30盛大舉辦「2023校園徵才就業博覽會」，攜手勞動部勞動力發展署桃竹苗分署，邀集142家廠商於現場設立攤位參與徵才活動，近2萬個職缺供畢業生與求職民眾應徵；其中，以工程機電類的工程師職缺數最多，而像是休閒、餐飲、旅宿及零售業的服務業職缺則大幅增加，工作機會變多。主辦單位統計，今年參加人數約3600人次，媒合率約57%，透過徵才活動，讓畢業生及求職民眾找到理想工作。

      「2023校園徵才就業博覽會」活動，今年主題為「明來豐．大展職能」，劉國偉校長、彭政雄副校長、廖信德副校長，與貴賓桃竹苗分署林淑媛分署長、新竹就業中心陳玉秋主任、新竹瓦斯邱世昌總經理等一起為活動揭開序幕。今年參加徵才活動的廠商，包括：台積電、頎邦科技、力成科技、京元電子、遠東百貨、喜來登大飯店、大潤發等142家廠商。
      勞動部桃竹苗分署林淑媛分署長致詞表示，勞動部非常重視青年就業議題，持續在青年職涯發展、就業協助及職業訓練等面向，投入相當多資源。林分署長特別介紹協助新鮮人克服異地就業障礙的「青年跨域就業津貼」，初次跨域尋職之青年，若工作距離住家30公里以上，可先到公立就業服務機構辦求職登記，符合條件者可申請交通、搬遷或租屋補助金。「大專青年預聘計畫」讓大專校院畢業前1年的在校生可以提早透過預聘制度及工作崗位訓練，強化大專青年職場實務技術，畢業留任滿30日還有留任獎勵金1萬元。

      劉國偉校長表示，在成立半導體學院後，打響科技人才培育的知名度與招牌，各半導體科技大廠紛紛設攤搶人，因應營運擴充需求的台積電釋出最多職缺。另外，連續四年是全台大專院校外籍生(正式學位生)人數最多第一，成為海外台商人才培訓的夥伴，今年的校園徵才有78家廠商會錄用外籍生，在校園裡招募到更多跨國優秀人才。     

      諮商輔導暨職涯發展中心表示，徵才活動當天也有緯創資通、台灣永光化學、新竹SOGO百貨、中租迪和、台灣無印良品、Starbucks、GAP、爭鮮等20家廠商舉辦企業說明會，介紹公司營運現況與發展，讓求職者認識徵才公司。校內的勞動部勞動力發展署桃竹苗分署「賈桃樂學習主題館」分館，則有提供職涯諮詢、模擬面試等服務。

      校友服務中心與新竹青創基地合作，首度邀請14位創業校友參展設攤，有返鄉創業把磚廠變身文創商品的玉龍龍積木磚、魔術、桌遊起家的風城行銷顧問，以及自創檸檬茶飲品牌成為新竹知名伴手禮的鴻檸國際等，展示校友們創業歷程與成果，讓有創業夢想的青年朋友與創業成功者第一線互動、汲取校友經驗。

      劉國偉校長也特別頒發感謝狀給多家支持技職教育，捐助教學設備或弱勢獎助學金的愛心企業：矽格、旭源營造、億光電子、AMIDA美達科技、啟碁科技、皇昌營造、嘉鑫營造及校友創業成功的風城魔法學院；校友企業恩良、力成、汎銓等創業校友返校參展徵才與回饋成功經驗給學弟們。(資料提供/諮商輔導暨職涯發展中心、校友服務中心)

The Counseling and Career Development Center, in collaboration with the Taoyuan-Hsinchu-Miaoli Regional Branch, WDA, MOL, held the "2023 Campus Recruitment and Employment Fair" on March 30 in anticipation of the upcoming graduation season. The event featured 142 companies offering nearly 20,000 job openings, with the highest demand for engineers in the mechanical and electrical fields. There were also increased job opportunities in leisure, catering, accommodation, and retail services. The opening ceremony of the fair was attended by President Liu Kuo-Wei, Vice President Peng Cheng-Hsiung and Liao Hsin-Te, Director Lin Shu-Yuan of the Taoyuan-Hsinchu-Miaoli Regional Branch, among others. The organizers reported around 3,600 participants and a match rate of approximately 57% in this year's campus recruitment fair.
Director Lin Shu-Yuan stated that the Ministry of Labor(MOL) places great emphasis on youth employment issues and continues to invest considerable resources in aspects such as youth career development, employment assistance, and vocational training. For example, there are subsidies or bonus in programs by the MOL that assists fresh graduates in overcoming employment barriers in remote areas, or allows students in their last year of university to strengthen their practical skills through the system of advance employment.
President Liu Kuo-Wei stated that after the establishment of the Semiconductor School, Minghsin has become well-known for cultivating talents in the technology industry, attracting numerous semiconductor giants to participate in the campus recruitment events. Additionally, Minghsin has been the school with the highest number of foreign students (formal degree students) for four consecutive years. This year's campus recruitment has 78 companies that will hire foreign students, hoping to recruit more multinational outstanding talents on campus.
The Counseling and Career Development Center also stated that 20 companies hosted recruitment orientations to introduce their operational status, development, and job vacancy details. The "Jobtaole Career Development Center" Minghsin branch of the Taoyuan-Hsinchu-Miaoli Regional Branch, WDA, MOL, located on campus, will also provide career counseling, simulated interviews, and other services.
The Alumni Service Center, in partnership with Hsinchu Startup Hub, invited 14 entrepreneurial alumni to participate in the expo for the first time to showcase their entrepreneurial journeys and accomplishments. President Kuo-Wei also presented certificates of appreciation to the enterprises that support vocational education and donate teaching equipment or disadvantaged scholarships, and expressed gratitude to the school's alumni for their contributions.(Source: Counseling and Career Development Center,  Alumni Service Center)
