做業界「人才轉運站」 進修部推「企業訂單式教學」育才

      本校進修部與多家企業合作，反轉式上課模式，由企業下訂單預約人才，開設「就業導向產學攜手培育班」，產業與學校合作教學，強化學生職場競爭力。為讓學生瞭解「企業訂單式教學」內容，5/10~11兩天在校內舉行企業訂單式教學嘉年華活動，現場有45家企業與15個科系向學生介紹合作的訂單式教學特色，有能仁家商、協和高中、建台高中、義民高中等校的學生參與。與時尚系合作的寵物美容業者，也在現場示範毛小孩的剪毛美容教學。

      劉國偉校長於開幕式中表示，升級版的「就業導向產學攜手培育班」，採企業訂單式教學的「產學合一」，企業依人才需求與學校一起開課，學生可以選擇感興趣的領域學習，針對實際案例探討解決問題、部分專業課程採取業師協同教學，以及企業實務實習提升專業技能，確保學生實習與就業出路。

      主辦的入學服務處表示，企業訂單式教學嘉年華活動集結15個科系，分別與45家企業開辧訂單式課程，有日月光、力成、矽格、欣興電子、新竹物流、大潤發、康是美、煙波飯店、資生堂，以及乾杯集團、饗賓集團及葛朗集團等各領域企業，對接合作。活動現場邀請安排高中職學生參加，讓學生現場與企業、科系師長互動，瞭解各職場工作人力需求、工作特性等，及企業訂單式教學的課程內容，透過本次活動深入了解產業趨勢。

      進修部「企業訂單式教學」，由系所與合作的企業，依企業需求彈性開設專業課程，就業導向專班涵蓋多個領域，學生可以選擇自己感興趣的領域進行學習，專業課程採取業師協同教學及實習。反轉式的上課模式更強調以學生為主體，學生的實作和業師討論，加上網路學習平台自主學習，更能在職場應用所學。

      本校秉持技職教育理念為廠商育才，做為業界的「人才轉運站」，針對產業所需培訓各領域學生，透過「企業訂單式人才教學」課程與職場實習及證照考試的「入學即就業」一條龍育才模式，讓同學透過課程順利與職場接軌，提升未來競爭力。(資料來源/入學服務處)

The Division of Continuing Education has collaborated with multiple companies to establish the "Employment-Oriented Industry-Academia Cooperation Training Program" through a model where companies place orders and reserve talents. This program involves collaborative teaching between companies and the university. To familiarize students with the concept of "Industry-Academia Cooperation Teaching Program," a two-day event called the "Industry-Academia Cooperation Teaching Program Fair" was held on May 10th and 11th at the first floor of the Ming Ming Building on campus. In the event, pet grooming businesses in collaboration with the Department of Fashion Styling and Design also conducted live demonstrations of pet grooming for students, capturing their attention and interest.
During the opening ceremony, President Liu Kuo-Wei expressed that the "Employment-oriented Industry-Academia Cooperation Training Program" is an upgraded version of industry-academia collaboration. Companies work together with the relevant academic departments to offer courses based on their talent needs. Students have the freedom to choose their field of interest for learning, and the professional courses feature industry experts as co-teachers. Additionally, students get the opportunity to intern at companies, ensuring practical experience and future career opportunities.
The organizing committee from the Office of Admissions stated that the Industry-Academia Cooperation Teaching Program Fair brought together 15 departments and offered courses in collaboration with 45 companies. High school students were invited to participate in the event, where they interacted with company representatives and faculty members from various departments. They gained insights into the manpower needs and job characteristics of different industries, as well as the curriculum of the Industry-Academia Cooperation Teaching Program approach.
Minghsin University of Science and Technology, positioning itself as an "Industry-Oriented University," serves as a "talent supply hub" for the industry.
