明新科大獲考選部認證合格 國家考試電腦化測驗試場啟用

      配合考選部積極推動國家考試數位化、擴充電腦試場座位數政策，本校建置「國家考試電腦化測驗試場」獲得考試院考選部認證通過，6月6日在資訊大樓1樓舉行揭牌典禮，考選部長許舒翔、考試委員吳新興、王秀紅，及劉國偉校長等人出席為試場揭牌，新試場將大幅提升新竹地區應考民眾便利性，及考試品質和試務效率。

      許舒翔部長表示，考選部近年來積極走訪全國各大專校院，評估適當且符合標準的場地，擴增電腦化測驗應試座位數。明新科大因其優質的資訊設備、統一的電腦教室規格以及完善的技術與場地規劃，獲得考選部的評選資格，並在5月11日認證合格通過，成為國家考試電腦化測驗試場。

      劉國偉校長指出，學校為了通過考選部認證，責成專業團隊投入準備，提升資訊大樓電腦教室場地的軟硬體設備、積極培訓試務人員，試場將提供7間電腦教室451個電腦座位，便捷、高效的考試環境，方便新竹地區的應考民眾，減輕參加國家考試的舟車勞頓。

      考選部自93年起推動國家考試的電腦化測驗，因應國考數位轉型，積極擴大辦理電腦化測驗考試範圍及擴增電腦化測驗考場。電腦化測驗已成為現代考試的主流趨勢，透過自動化作業的國家考試流程，考生可以線上作答申論式試題，即測即評測驗式試題，以及線上閱卷的考試後整合，透過電腦化，全面提升考試品質和試務效率。像是明年(民國113年)的營養師與護理師國家考試將採用電腦化測驗方式進行。(資料來源/教務處試務組)

To comply with the Ministry of Examination's(MOEX) policy of digitalization for national exams and expanding the number of computer-based testing seats, Minghsin University of Science and Technology(MUST) has invested in establishing a examination hall of “computer-based testing for national exams" and has obtained certification from the Examination Yuan. On June 6th, Minister of the MOEX, Hsu Shu-Hsiang, Minister without Portfolio Wu Hsin-Hsing and Wang Hsiu-Hung, as well as President Liu Kuo-Wei of MUST, attended to the unveiling ceremony. The new examination hall will provide convenience for the people in Hsinchu to take national exams, while enhancing the quality and efficiency.

Minister Hsu Shu-Hsiang stated that the MOEX actively visited various university campuses to assess suitable and standardized venues to increase the number of computer-based testing seats. With its high-quality information equipment, standardized computer classrooms, and comprehensive IT support and venue planning, MUST has established a "computer-based testing for national exams" that meets the required standards and has obtained certification.

President Liu Kuo-Wei pointed out that in order to obtain certification from the MOEX, MSUT formed a professional team to enhance the software and hardware equipment of the computer classrooms, as well as train examination administrator. The examination hall will provide 7 computer classrooms with a total of 451 computer-based testing seats. People in Hsinchu who participate in national exams can take the tests nearby, reducing the need for long-distance travel to other area.

Since 2004, the MOEX has been promoting computerized testing for national exams. The scope of computer-based testing has gradually expanded, along with an increase in the number of computer-based testing examination hall. Computer-based testing has become the mainstream of modern examinations, the ways like computer-based testing for essay questions, immediate grading for computer-based testing, and exam paper grading online, have significantly enhanced the quality and efficiency of exams. Starting from next year(2024), the national exams for Senior Professional and Technical Examinations for Dietitians, Registered Professional Nurses will be conducted using computer-based testing methods.(Source: Examination Section)
