培養國軍官兵第二專長 與職訓中心合開國軍證照班

▲因應國軍部隊業務及培訓官兵第二專長，本校終身教育處國軍人才培育中心與新竹職業訓練中心合作國軍堆高機證照班

      本校終身教育處國軍人才培育中心，配合國軍人才培育政策，已陸續於部隊營區合作開設「語文專班｣。為滿足各部隊在堆高機、吊掛作業等項目的人員培訓，協同第三方教育訓練單位合作規劃開班，開辦堆高機證照班，提供部隊官兵業務作業需求與第二專長培訓。

      國軍人才培育中心與台灣省工商安全衛生協會附設新竹職業訓練中心、中國勞工安全管理學會中壢職業訓練中心，針對開辦國軍堆高機及吊掛等證照班結盟合作，在多次訓練場地現勘後，共同規劃堆高機(1公噸以上，3公噸以下)及吊掛(3公噸)作業的證照訓練課程，並簽訂共同合作的意向書。

      終身教育處陳永忠處長表示，在國防部經費補助下，與職訓單位合作開辦堆高機證照班3梯次，提供陸軍269旅等單位約200多位官兵參訓，將協助官兵完成學科課程與術科操作訓練，及考取證照。未來將依各部隊實際需求，再規畫吊掛(3公噸)訓練班次。

      堆高機證照班夏季班6月28日在新竹職業訓練中心開訓，有陸軍269旅45位官兵參訓，術科課程則於新埔術科訓練場地進行操作訓練。開訓典禮並由終身教育處陳永忠處長，與新竹職業訓練中心彭秋蓉處長代表雙方簽署合作意向書。陳永忠處長說，本證照班為原場地考照，國防部及新竹縣政府對本班開設均非常重視，感謝新竹職業訓練中心協助，順利完成開班，共同合作輔導官兵培訓第二專長。(資料、照片來源/國軍人才培育中心)

The Talent Cultivation Center for National Armed Forces of the Office of Lifelong Education, in collaboration with various military units, is offering training programs in "Forklift Operation" and "Rigging." We have partnered with third-party vocational training institutions to jointly launch forklift certification courses.

The Talent Cultivation Center for National Armed Forces has formed alliances and signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Taiwan Province Industrial & Commercial Safety & Health Association (Hsinchu Section) and the China Labor Safety & Health Management Society (Zhongli Section) to offer certification courses.

Chief Chen Yung-Chung of the Office of Lifelong Education stated that, with the funding support from the Ministry of National Defense, we have collaborated with vocational training institutions to conduct three batches of forklift certification courses, benefiting approximately 200 soldiers. The courses will assist soldiers in completing both theoretical and practical training and obtaining certifications.

The first batch of the forklift certification course commenced on June 28th, with 45 soldiers participating. A commencement ceremony was held, during which Chief Chen Yung-Chung of the Office of Lifelong Education and Director Peng Ciou-Rong of the Hsinchu Section signed the memorandum of cooperation on behalf of both parties.(Information provided by The Talent Cultivation Center for National Armed Forces)
