Unit introduction

The Finance Department is a first-level administrative unit in the school, with one chief financial officer and eight staff members (including two project assistants). All our colleagues have passed accounting and financial related professional training and license examinations. Among them, seven colleagues have passed the "Technical Examination of the Labor Committee of the Executive Yuan" and obtained the "Accounting Skills Examination" certificate, and audit related work training in accounting firms. Another colleague was certified by the "Public Works Committee of the Executive Yuan" and obtained the pass certificate of "Procurement Professional Training-Advanced Procurement Certificate" to assist the Department in the implementation of procurement bid supervision.

 

     The main duties of the office are to handle matters such as the school's budget, final accounts, accounting and financial statistics and analysis. In accordance with the school's school-running philosophy, important school affairs development plans and strategies, the office integrates the mid-range plans of each unit to prepare the school year budget, properly plans and effectively implements various budgets and accounting matters, so as to improve the school's finances, stabilize and promote the school.
