As a first-class administrative unit, we have a legal director and a legal assistant.


Business Responsibilities


I. Assisting in the revision of internal rules and regulations.

 

II. Assisting in the review and revision of contracts and legal documents related to the University's business.


III.Handling or assisting the University in litigation cases.


IV. Managing other legal matters.


V. Announcing internal laws and regulations.

 


Development Goals

 

The Office will adopt a preventive approach to mitigate legal risks, minimize litigation, and safeguard the rights and interests of the University. Our objectives include implementing an annual comprehensive review plan of regulations, consolidating the existing regulations in effect at the University, creating a code of regulations, and documenting the historical development and legislative background of regulations. These efforts aim to facilitate the interpretation of regulations and the formulation of sound legal policies.
