Introduction
The name of our school, "Ming Xin", implies the spirit of "in Ming Ming De, in Xin Min, and in stopping at the highest good", which is the ultimate goal of our school in nurturing talents. The Academic Affairs Office, located on the second floor of the Administration Building, is an important organization responsible for the teaching and administrative affairs of the school.
The Academic Affairs Office is headed by the Dean of Academic Affairs, who is responsible for all academic affairs of the school. At the same time, the Academic Affairs Office is divided into four divisions, namely, Academic Affairs, Registration, Continuing Education, and Examination, as well as the Teaching Development Center, the Teaching Quality Assurance Center, and the Student Internship Service Center. Each section and center is headed by a team leader or director, who works together to provide a diverse and quality teaching and learning environment for teachers and students, and to ensure the quality of teaching for teachers and the effectiveness of learning for students.
The responsibilities of the Academic Affairs Office include
1. Planning and developing policies and programs related to teaching and learning to ensure that the goals of teaching and learning are aligned with the school's core values.
2. Overseeing the design of the curriculum and selection of teaching materials to ensure that the teaching content is forward-looking in terms of contemporary trends and social needs.
3. Handle student registration, course selection and grade management to ensure the smooth progress of student learning.
4. Organize and coordinate various examinations to ensure the fairness and accuracy of assessments and tests.
5. Promote teaching quality assurance and teaching improvement, and provide support for teachers' professional development and training.
6. To establish a student internship service system to help students gain practical experience and professional skills.
The Academic Affairs Office is committed to creating a vibrant and learning stimulating campus environment, and to promoting the growth and development of teachers and students through the provision of quality teaching resources and support. We will continue to work with all teachers and students to improve the quality of teaching and enhance student learning.
