Introduction

The Office of General Affairs plays a vital role in providing essential services to Ming Hsin University of Science and Technology. It is divided into seven sections, which are:

• Document and File Section
• General Affairs Section
• Procurement Section
• Property Administration Section
• Construction and Maintenance Section
• Environmental Safety and Health Center

2. We provide assistance and support  to  faculty and students, as well as  administrative businesses of all departments and sections, with the goal of enhancing the teaching quality.
3. 2.Research and Development: We actively promote participation in research activities and strive to create a conducive environment for academic endeavors. We also support initiatives aimedat making Ming Tech a first-class University.

Our operational guidelines for these services are centered around the principle of teamwork, coordination, activeness, and efficiency. We prioritize  effective  communication, coordination, mutual support and cooperation among different offices.  With an active and responsible approach, we are committed to serving all  students and faculty with courtesy and professionalism, ensuring the delivery of efficient and high quality services.
