Introduction
To expand educational services for new residents and their children and fulfill the social responsibility of the university, we propose an innovative education service consultation program for Taiwan's new residents. The primary objectives of this program are to affirm individual self-worth, enhance self-value in various aspects, strengthen employment talent training, assist inpromoting government education policies and subsidies, promote ethnic integration and respect, and collectively foster a pluralistic society.
The business of the center is as follows:
1. Assist in recruiting new residents and their children (including domestic students, overseas students, and special class students) and promote educational enrollment.
2. Provide counseling services for new residents and their children, addressing various issues related to further education through multiple channels.
3. Train new residents and their children as potential teachers, promoting their language and culture from their home countries.
4. Establish connections with skill training courses for new residents and their children to expand their employment opportunities.
5. Organize and publicize multicultural concepts, talent training, and learning courses, serving as a foundation for industry matching.
6. Promote innovative services and actively participate in revitalizing industries and community development.
7. Manage talent training cooperation and fundraising for Taiwanese business associations (branches) in relevant countries.
8. Oversee capacity-building programs for new residents and their children, along with other related education development matters for new residents.
9. Establish the "Taiwan New Resident Education Development Association" to support education and training for new residents.
10.Other relevant education development activities for new residents.
