Introduction

In order to ensure the quality of education and improve the learning outcomes of students, Center for Teaching Quality Assurance legislates regulations to make rules from top to bottom, including school, college, and department levels, respectively. College-level teaching units should set college education objectives according to school education goals. Department-level teaching units should set departmental education objectives, fundamental literacy, core competencies and capability indicators based on college education objectives. The implementation of teaching quality management operations is reviewed and controlled from bottom to top.
