Introduction

In order to ensure the quality of  education and improve s the learning effect of students, Center for Teaching Quality Assurance includes three levels, school, college and department, and the policy formulation of each level is promoted from top to bottom. College-level teaching units should set school education objectives according to school education goals, and department-level teaching units should set departmental education objectives, basic literacy, core competencies and ability indicators based on school education goals. The implementation of teaching quality management operations is reviewed and controlled from bottom to top.
