學習扶助金篩選條件之一: 不得重複領取其他官方獎助學金，ex. 清寒助學金...等。

依官方提供之名額總共71人；海青班名額29人，一般生(產攜或其他)名額42人。

one of the eligibility criteria for the Overseas Chinese Student Learning Assistance Grant:
Applicants must not be receiving other official scholarships or financial aid simultaneously.

Quota:
Total of 71 recipients by the government granted amount— 29 for Overseas Youth Vocational Training Program students, and 42 for general OCAC students (including industry-academia collaboration programs or others).
