Venue Rental Regulations
1. Reservation Requirements

On-campus units or organizations must complete reservations at least one week prior to the event date.

Off-campus units or organizations must complete reservations at least one month prior to the event date and complete payment via bank transfer at least one week before the event in order to finalize the rental process.
2. Setup and Restoration Time
The rental period must include sufficient time for venue setup, dismantling, and restoration.
3. Venue Setup and Restoration
The University does not provide venue setup or restoration services. Renters are responsible for arranging their own setup and teardown schedules.
4. Food and Beverage Restrictions
Renters using the following venues are prohibited from bringing or consuming food and beverages inside the venue:
Violation of this regulation may result in partial deduction of the security deposit.
5. Vehicle Restrictions
If the rented venue is the athletic field, vehicles are prohibited from entering the field area.
6. Waste Disposal
Renters are responsible for disposing of all waste generated during the event. The University does not provide waste disposal services.
7. Responsibility for Damages
Renters shall exercise proper care in using the venue. During the rental period, any damage to facilities or equipment caused by human negligence shall be repaired or compensated for by the renter.
8. Inquiry Hours
For venue-related inquiries, please call during office hours and avoid lunchtime or after-office hours.
9. Venue Inspection
Venue inspections must be confirmed and scheduled in advance. Please avoid arranging inspections during lunchtime or after office hours.
10. Traffic Control and Parking
To maintain campus traffic safety, renters are required to assign additional personnel to assist with traffic control at the campus entrance.
Vehicles entering the campus must park in designated parking areas. Violators will be handled in accordance with the University's vehicle management regulations.
11. Insurance and Liability
During the rental period, renters shall obtain relevant insurance coverage and are responsible for the proper use and safekeeping of the venue.
If any public hazard occurs, or if damage is caused to the life or property of the University or any third party, the renter shall bear full responsibility.
12. Grounds for Termination of Venue Use
The University reserves the right to immediately terminate venue usage under any of the following circumstances:

The event violates government laws or regulations or endangers public safety.

The actual use of the venue is inconsistent with the approved application or the venue is subleased to another party.

Facilities are damaged during use or the venue is used beyond the approved rental period without applying for an extension.
13. Information Security Regulations
To comply with information security policies, renters are prohibited from using equipment, products, or services that may endanger national cybersecurity while using University facilities.
The University reserves the right to conduct inspections, and such requirements shall be clearly specified in relevant cooperation or rental agreements.
